4. Information We Share
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only in the following circumstances:
Required by law — Arizona court reporting: Upon your completion of the course, we are legally required to report your name, driver license number, citation information, and completion date to the Arizona statewide defensive driving database. This reporting is mandatory under ACJA §7-205 and cannot be opted out of.
Service providers: We use the following third-party services to operate the course. Each receives only the data necessary for their function:
- Stripe (stripe.com) — payment processing. Stripe receives your payment details directly and is subject to its own privacy policy and PCI DSS compliance obligations. We receive only a payment confirmation token, never your card number.

Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by a valid court order, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Tap2Finish, our students, or the public.
5. Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you proceed to checkout, you are redirected to Stripe's secure payment interface. Tap2Finish never sees, receives, or stores your credit card number, debit card number, or full payment card details.
Stripe is certified to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Your payment data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy, available at stripe.com/privacy.
Per ACJA §7-205, all fees — including the course fee, state fee, state surcharge, and court diversion fee — are collected in full before you are granted access to the course.
